Exactly what we needed for our 8N ford tractor.My dad and i needed this to find out how the rear end was assembled, and it was extremely helpful! You may be able to find images and information online, but my dad is really constantly rebuilding these 8N & 9N fords, and he's not good with computers so this was great for him!
I am impressed with the amount of information in this manual. I bought a Ford 9N recently so I wanted to have a service manual. I grew up in the world of Chilton and Haynes manuals for cars, this manual is far superior to either of those. Great if you're a newbie to tractors like I am.
If you have an old Ford tractor and you don't have someone else do all you maintenance you need this. I have an 8N Ford tractor and this is the book you want. I wasted my money on other types until I got this one. It’s more detailed and better with illustrations. It has a few errors in the index for page referencing but I didn’t find that to really be an issue.
Excellent maintenance resource for the 8N, 9N and 2N Ford tractors. I learned more in 5 minutes than I could have hoped to have learned from just experience. I highly recommend this manual for people from neophytes to experts!
