This is a very handy little book . Being a chef ,you get caught up in n all the gourmet and healthy ,Spiced and smoked chipotles, and you forget your roots. This is great when you have brain freeze and can't think of a thing to cook. It pepped me right back to good home cooking.
Recipes are great, easy to read and understand.
So many old time recipes. I am especially looking forward to the BBQ recipes. Many Southern Comfort recipes! Looking sooo good!
